Gingerbread Man

Run, run as fast as you can. You can't catch me I'm the gingerbread man!

Grace's kindergarten class baked a gingerbread man and when they went to get him out of the oven he was gone! Family and friends were asked to send postcards to the class telling where they saw the gingerbread man. The class tracked all of the places he traveled on a map. He made it all the way to a soldier in Iraq, to London and Canada! He was spotted by our family in Texas and Idaho. Thanks to those of you who sent in postcards- it was fun for her to hear them read in class. He made his way back to class before Christmas break- and then they proceeded to eat him! All that was left of him were a few crumbs.
